- Is the trial class free?
- Yes. One free trial session per person, with no payment details required.
- What happens after I submit the form?
- The form opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message to the club. A member of the team replies, usually within one working day, to confirm the right programme and class time.
- What do I need to bring?
- Comfortable sports clothing and water. You complete a short health declaration before training.

- Can adults and children both do a trial?
- Yes — trials are available for every programme, from Little Kickers (age 4) to adult classes (15+), subject to space in the relevant class.
