Little Kickers is where martial arts starts — not with drills, but with discovery. Built around movement, play, and gentle structure, it helps our youngest members build the physical and social foundations they carry into every class that follows.
- For children aged 4 to 7 — no experience needed.
- Sessions of 45 minutes, seven days a week (see times below).
- A parent or guardian stays on the premises for the whole session.
- The first class is a free trial with no payment details required.

- What age can my child start kickboxing at UMAC?
- Little Kickers is for children aged 4 to 7. No experience is needed — the class is built around play, movement and gentle structure.
- How long is a Little Kickers class?
- Sessions are 45 minutes, running Monday to Thursday afternoons, Friday early afternoon and Saturday and Sunday mornings.
- Do parents need to stay?
- Yes. A parent or guardian stays on the premises for the whole session for children in this age group.
- What should my child wear to the trial?
- Comfortable sports clothing. On enrolment, members wear the UMAC starter kit (T-shirt and shorts).
- Is the first class really free?
- Yes — one free trial session per child, with no payment details required. We confirm the class time by WhatsApp.
